Cyclopedia Ltd. provides it services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition all services and work provided by staff employed by Cyclopedia Ltd. are performed under agreement by you.


Description of Service:
As indicated in our servicing outline we perform a number of services which are all subject to changes in our set pricing. This is dependent on the age, make and state of the bicycle when presented. Any increases in the advertised price will be brought to your attention when the bicycle is presented to our staff on the day of service.

The costs advertised for the services provided are labour charges only. Any parts or extra labour not included in the outline will incur an extra charge of which you will be informed of.

Unserviceable Bicycles:
On occasion, we are unable to service bicycles of a particluar make, model or age as many of the parts are no longer in circulation or available to us. In this case we have the right to decline your bicycle for a service. If you have any concerns please contact one of our sales staff and we will do our best to identify if your bicycle falls under this category.

Storage Fees:
Bicycles overdue for collection 3 days after the arranged collection date or completion of repair will incur a storage charge of £5.00 per day. Bicycles abandoned after 30 days will be disposed of to cover storage and repair costs.
